What we collect

SMRT Protocol collects minimal data, only when you voluntarily interact with the site:

• Wallet address · after Sign-In With Ethereum (SIWE) signature you initiate
• Twitter handle · when you register for the airdrop game (locked once)
• Game scores · submitted via tweet verification
• Tweet URLs · to verify your game score authorship

What we do NOT collect

• No email addresses
• No real names
• No private keys or seed phrases
• No browsing history
• No third-party tracking cookies
• No phone numbers

Where data is stored

Game data is stored in a managed database hosted by our provider. Sessions use encrypted cookies with a 30-day expiry, scoped to smrtprotocol.com only.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your wallet + game data at any time by emailing smrtprotocol@proton.me with the wallet address. Deletion is processed manually within 7 days.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in cryptocurrency activities. Some jurisdictions restrict crypto access · comply with your local laws.

Smart contract risk

The SMRT smart contract is open-source and verified on Etherscan, but no software is bug-free. Use at your own risk. The protocol ownership has been renounced · there is no admin, no upgrade path, no rescue function.

Airdrop game rules

The /airdrop game leaderboard is curated. Suspected cheating (multi-accounting, automation, fake Twitter handles, etc.) results in automatic wallet ban. Decisions on bans and airdrop distribution are at the protocol team's discretion. The airdrop amount and token type are not guaranteed and may change before distribution.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" without warranty. Yield rates from Lido/Aave fluctuate with on-chain conditions. ETH reflections depend on trading volume. SMRT bonus distribution depends on protocol parameters at the time.

⚠ Cryptocurrency carries risk of total loss.
